off to Thailand and Malaysia in 5 weeks and want my wedding dress made there. any personal experiences welcome

was hoping to hear any positive or negative experiances people may have had in having their gown made in these two countries. I was curious about price comparisons between Australia and asia.
My gown would be a western style gown and I was wondering if it is possible to take a picture with me and have the dress made. after looking online I have found many tailors that specialise in wedding gowns in both Phuket and Kuala Lumpur (my two destinations) but would love to hear some possitive feedback rather than use a complete unknown. any help would be much appreciated. thanks.
